Papa's lifeless body was found in Ngara after leaving a studio session a stone throw away, near the Jubilee Headquarters in Pangani.

In a past interview, Papa revealed that he desired to relocate to the USA, specifically to Dallas.

He said, "Sahi nafikiria kuenda kuishi Dallas. Naenda kuwa citizen wa huko hivi karibuni."

Papa knew very well that the life he lived in the limelight was all for show.

Now of that ostentatious living was backed up with real finances and a flow of income. It was all for showbusiness.

In the interview he added,

"There is no need of being buried in an expensive coffin while you lived poor..." he said

In one of the posts he shared in December, he thanked God for the far he had brought him.

"Nashukuru Mungu kwa umbali amenitoa."

His songs inspired many and advising anyone who felt hopeless he encouraged them to listen to music because it soothes broken souls.

"Muziki ni dawa.. . when u are down always fungulia redio yako then listen to your inspiring jam," he wrote.

Papa met his death while leaving a music studio.

Sources claim that the singer stormed out of the room and fell from the 7th floor of the Ngara building and died immediately on impact. Police are yet to confirm or denounce this theory.
