Singer Bahati's wife Diana Marua has revealed that just like most other woman, who have been pregnant, her pregnancy journey with baby Heaven, wasn't easy.

Taking to Instagram, the mother of two narrated how pregnancy took a toll on her and that's why she opted to give birth through caesarian section.

She wrote:

My challenges during pregnancy were far beyond my imagination. I literally went through hell and back.... from getting hyperpigmentation to having sore feet, puffed face, craving 'mawe' 🙈and worst of it all, a pelvic condition that didn't allow me to walk, stand or even turn to a comfortable position in bed... it was almost a nightmare but for the little baby inside me, it was all worth it and I'd do it over and over again.... my story will be aired tonight on NTV at 7:30pm on #BeingBahati @beingbahatireality 😊 Respect to all mothers out there in raising your little ones... y'all are the real heros 👏🏻👏🏻

Hyperpigmentation occurs when melanin is overproduced in certain spots on the skin. Hyperpigmentation results in flat, darkened patches of skin that are light brown to black in colour, and can vary in size and shape.

Being Bahati show is among the average rated reality shows on our local TV stations.
