Wasafi Family together with Diamond Platnumz have joined the label's manager Babu Tale in mourning the death of his wife, Shamsa Kombo a.k.a Shammy.

Details of her demise are scanty but the news of the death was broken by Diamond's mum, Sandra Sanura a.k.a Mama Dangote.

Shammy breathed her last today morning.

Mama Dangote wrote on her Instagram,

Mke na Mama wa Watoto wa Meneja wa Lebo ya WCB , Hamis Taletale (babutale) , SHAMMY amefariki dunia Mapema Alfajili ya Leo •

Diamond's other manager also sent in his condolences.  Sallam Mendez wrote,

Mungu amlaze mahala pema 🙏🙏🙏🙏

As is customary for Islamic burials, Shammy will be laid to rest later today.
