Zari Hassan ex-husband Ivan 'Don' Ssemwanga is very sick. The rich gang CEO suffered a heart attack two days ago and was admitted to Steve Biko Hospital Pretoria in South Africa where he is currently undergoing treatment.

According to some family members, Ivan's condition is not yet stable and his ex wife Zari Hassan, the mother of his three sons has urged her fans to pray for him.

"Last two days been hard. Let's pray for IVAN please," Zari posted on social media.

Ivan was in Uganda a week ago, where he attended the Blankets & Wines event alongside Rich Gang members King Lawrence and Eddie Cheune where they choked down water and soda.

This was so unusual for the flashy South African businessmen as they are known for splashing millions in dollars on drinks and throwing cash around without a care in the world.
