Tanzanian Singer, songwriter and WCB record label owner Diamond Platnumz kicks off the new year with a new change of hairstyle.

The Tanzanian based artiste who has not yet shared any pictures on his social media has decided to do away with controversial hairstyles and opted for a clean shave instead.

The "Katika" hitmaker who is well known for his controversial hairstyles was last year trolled on social media after ditching his normal hairdo for braids and fake dreadlocks some few months before that.

It pretty much seems like changing his hairstyle was not the only resolution for him this 2019 because Diamond has already added a new tattoo.

He got them immediately after his new year's concert in Nairobi.

Last year while performing at a concert in the US, the ‘Jibebe’ hitmaker was spotted with an anklet with Prezzo’s ex, Amber Lulu, something that raised some eyebrows.

Despite all the changes he is making, Diamond seems not to have forgotten his first love.

Yesterday, he shared a video on his Instagram page with a few of his WCB label mates showing them working on a new hit set to drop this later this year.
