Diamond has revealed that he knew his ex Tanasha Donna had wanted to convert to Islam even before they broke up.

He revealed that contrary to what people believe Tanasha converted long ago, and only made it public now.

Speaking during an interview with Wasafi TV he said,

“We were in Kigoma when she became a Muslim and I told Ricardo Momo (a manger at WCB) that if he pushes her to do it, I’ll pay him.

He didn’t force her but he taught her.

When she came to me to tell me that she wanted to change I told her to go and think about it and come tell me so she told me that she was sure.”

Although she might have converted earlier, it was only announced over the weekend by KTN TV presenter Jamal Gaddafi.

Sharing a photo of himself, Tanasha and other unidentified people Jamal penned,

To which Tanasha Donna responded,

Her son has a muslim name, Naseeb.
