A terror attack drill carried out at Strathmore Business School, left some students at the institution injured. The drill was conducted by the police in an attempt to see how the students and lecturers would react to the emergency. Some students could be seen hanging from windows while others ran away from the compound to take cover.

"It was a mock exercise," Japheth Koome, a police commander told Reuters. "We wanted to check on alertness of emergency services."
