Dance with the angels! Othoul Othuol's last message to Churchill that left Kenyans in tears

Celebrated Churchill Show comedian and actor Othuol Othuol's death has shocked many.

Othuol, whose real name is Ben Maurice struggled with TB for the past year and a few months ago, he was diagnosed with a brain tumour but unfortunately died at the Kenyatta National hospital on Sunday.

He died begging for help from well-wishers so that he could foot his medical bills.

In 2019, the witty comedian was diagnosed with TB and in a previous interview with Mpasho.co.ke, he revealed that the Godfather of Kenyan comedy paid for his treatment.

'I THANK CHURCHILL [Daniel Ndambuki]  FOR PAYING MY HOSPITAL BILL,' he said.

In March this year, Othuo Othuol made a comeback on Churchill Show, and he left many in tears, appreciating Churchill for being supportive.

'I was sick for the rest of last year from February to early this year January. I was diagnosed with TB and thanks to Churchill, my fellow comedians and fans for praying for me and more so the Almighty God who gave me a chance to live,' the comedian said on the show on March 1, 2020.

He added,

'You'd rather die than being sick.'
