Daddy Owen amazed many last weekend with his television presenting skills. He joined Size 8’s husband DJ Mo on his NTV show as his co-host.
Owen was tasked to interview Divock Origi, a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Liverpool, and the Belgium national team.
He is the son of former Kenyan professional footballer Mike Origi.
Divock is in the country for a much needed vacay.
Owen was however sitting in for the Crossover 101’s host Grace Ekirapa.
“Today I had one of the greatest moment in my life! Hosting a show! And my guest was the greatest divock origi and moji short baba ! My passion and knowledge for football and Music made me have an opportunity to host one of the biggest stars in world football and Gospel Artist moji ! Was sitting in for grace ekirapa thank you.”
The Vanity hit maker is a happy man because he is expecting a bundle of joy in July with his wife, Faridah Wambui.
Daddy Owen disclosed to Mpasho.co.ke that the baby on board is a baby boy adding that they have not agreed on the name yet.
“We have not yet discussed about the name because we want my mum to be there to help us unveil the name of our son.” adding that his mum will be there during the birth to help in shaving and naming of her grandchild like his culture demands.”
Adding:“I planned the baby shower myself and invited her workmates and few of my relatives. That has not happened again, it is always the other way, but I chose to organize it myself because I wanted it to be private. I did even call our friends because I knew, atajua ata before the day itself.”
