Passy Ma Travor, Main Suspect in over 300 million Fraud Case Detained for 30 days

•The Chief Magistrate's Court at Makadara granted the DCI detectives at Kasarani Sub County headquarters to continue holding her.

Facebook influencer and business woman Pascaline Peter alias Passy Ma Travor will remain in custody for 30 days.

This was after the Chief Magistrate's Court at Makadara granted the DCI detectives at Kasarani Sub County headquarters to continue holding her.

She is the main suspect behind a multi-million Shylock and real estate fraud.

The artifice affecting over 300 Kenyans who lost million of shillings has seen the detectives record statements from over sixty victims with the number expected to quadruple over the course of time.

The detectives will be seeking to among others gather more evidence on the fraud to ensure that a water tight case is presented before court to ensure justice is served to all.

She was arrested on September 12th while hiding in her wardrobe according to the DCI. Through their socials, the DCI through their X account announced;

"A joint team of detectives drawn from DCI headquarters and their Kasarani counterparts have arrested Pascaline Peter, the main suspect accused of fleecing unsuspecting members of public hundreds of millions of shillings under the guise of investing money for substantial returns from her real estate firm- Pafrim Investments Ltd.

Pascaline alias Passy Ma Trevor is alleged to have gone into hiding after carting away approximately Kshs 350 million from her victims leaving them counting huge losses.

In a well-orchestrated scheme that involved convincing victims to deposit large sums of money into four different bank accounts across Equity Bank, Coop Bank, Stanbic Bank and Kingdom Bank, with a promise of up to 30% monthly interest.

Passy Ma Trevor also falsely claimed she was running a successful real estate company that she used as a bait but once payments were made, she switched off her mobile phone and went into hiding." announced the DCI after her arrest.
