City lawyer Cliff Ombeta has weighed in on alleged video of DJ Brownskin's allegedly recording his wife Sharon Njeri reportedly taking poison in July 2022.
According to lawyer Cliff Ombeta, there is no evidence of DJ Brownskin aiding the loss of life from the video.
He said that according to the law, that was a moral issue as long as he did not provide the poison to her.
"It is a moral issue. Hakuna offense kwa penal code. As long as he did not provide/avail the poison to her You are a brother's keeper" on moral issues," he said.
"My point exactly. Did he induce? No proof. Did he aid? No proof. Did he Abet? No proof. MORAL ISSUE: Did he watch? Yes. Not criminal. Did he record? Not criminal. Totally. Nothing more," lawyer Cliff Ombeta commented.
In the video which has since gone viral, a man behind the camera is heard asking the late Sharon Njeri to go ahead and mix the concoction.
She willingly does so and gulps the content as the man continues recording. Within no time the woman is seen writhing in pain before everything goes blank.
KOT has been calling out the entertainer for aiding the loss of life and therefore deserves to face the law.
