A postmortem will this morning (Tuesday) be done on the body of police constable Caroline Kangogo ahead of her burial in Elgeyo Marakwetcounty.

The body will be moved from the Iten County Referral Hospital to the Moi Referral Hospital in Eldoret where Chief government pathologist DrJohansen Oduor will carry out the autopsy.

The autopsy failed to take place last Friday causing the family led by her father Barnaba Kangogo to protest angrily as they were forced to postpone her burial.

Kangogo's father burst into tears at the Iten County Referal Hospital, blaming the DCI officers for misleading him.

Mark Kangogo who is a brother to the deceased says they will set the burial date after today's autopsy.
