There is no single group of people who are as annoying as county Council askaris. Ask any motorist in Nairobi and they probably have had an incident with them -especially at the end of the month or right at the beginning.

In this particular incident, the county council askaris decided to clamp a man's car at 4:01 pm. if you know anything about Nairobi, parking fees stop being charged at 4:00 pm sharp.

That, however, rarely stops them from charging innocent Kenyans who often pay up rather than involve themselves in a tiff with the askaris who often outnumber motorists.

Not this time. This was not the man for such nonsense. Not only did he refuse to be taken advantage of, he also fought back. And his courage paid off as he managed to rally onlookers to his cause! Check out how things unfolded below:
