2015 doesn't seem to be a good year for Neno Evangelism Centre's bishop JamesNg’ang’a. Just after the allegations that he caused the death of a woman in Limuru, his lawyer Cliff Ombeta pulled out of his case and now the televangelist has been sued by the prominent city lawyer for not paying Sh5.1 million in legal fees.

 Ng'ang'a Secrets Revealed! 

The popular city lawyer filed his suit on September 22 at the Milimani law courts in Nairobi, seeking the court’s intervention in getting his legal fees from Ng’ang’a.

Speaking to the Star in Mombasa on Tuesday, Ombeta said Ng’ang’a cannot run away from paying. He said he represented Ng’ang’a in a case in which he was charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

The televangelist had contracted me to act for him by choice and due to the complexity of the matter, he should not avoid expenses. - Cliff Ombeta 

Ombeta added that the Neno Evangelism Centre bishop is an able person and in a position to pay him the fees.
