Celebrated media personality Jeff Koinange might be coming back to your living rooms later this week.

The award-winning journalist caused a lot speculation after sending a tweet that seemed to imply that he's joining little-known Arise TV in a few days' time.

The photo Koinange attached to the tweet showed him holding some papers while sitting in the station's branded studio.

His fans were clearly excited about the news, while some posted congratulatory messages others said they could not wait to have him back on air.

Sources claiming that Koinange has landed a show on Maisha Magic East have left his fans even more confused.

GO TV Kenya, a subsidiary of Multichoice, posted a tweet on Sunday, February 5 saying he will be sharing his story in four days.

KTN decided to cut ties with him after he let things get out of hand when he hosted Nairobi gubernatorial aspirants Miguna Miguna and Esther Passaris.

In a clip that was shared widely on social media, the two were heard hurling insults at one another, this resulted in public outrage.
