You have all seen the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, president  Uhuru Kenyatta, gracing our screens with shirts that speak louder than words.

Those prints are selected for Uhuru by the designers over at Rivatex East Africa Limited, a textile factory based in Eldoret.

The company said they are grateful that the President supports their work.

“Hope is inspired by what and how we dress. President Uhuru Kenyatta is our number one supporter of our fabrics,” the company tweeted after Uhuru started rocking their shirts back in March 2020.

Since then, for any public appearance he has, Uhuru wears a different shirt with showy prints that are left imprinted in the audience's mind.

Son of Jomo does not do demur or muted he loves the prints colourful and memorable.

In one fell swoop, Uhuru made it cool to wear kitenge shirts to work.

Emulate people, emulate!

Check out the various prints he has rocked for the last three months.
