A few days after a video of controversial Kenyan rapper Colonel Mustafa's raunchy video leaked online, he was arrested by the CID officers.

It was alleged that he featured a blind lady in the video without the consent of her husband.

"It is with great dissapointment that i put to hold the release of my new single #DodomaSingida....Polisi wamenivamia kwenye studio n am headed to Criminal investigation department for investigation over questioning involving one of the model that appeared in my video. I wont be able to release the video today until i clear with the authorities.To all my fans,friends,Tv & Radio host,i do apologize for any inconvinience caused."

After 5 hours of interrogations, Mustafa claims that he was forced to admit to the offence. In a lengthy message he posted on his Instagram account, Mustafa thanked everyone who stood by him.

 "And yet here I am, i have spent 5hours in police cid offices being questioned back and forth with my back against the wall of two CID's agents prowling the dark with their guns drawn, both trying to get me to confess to something am not a party to.On to the good news,i have been released n kuna things am supposed to do before i release the monster hit #DodomaSingida . Many thanks to all who stood by me today... i love you."
