The son of former powerful Cabinet Minister Maina Wanjigi and business tycoon Jimmy Wanjigi has moved to court to take legal action against The Standard for writing defamatory story about him.

Jimmy has also sued Tony Gachoka, Jeff Koinange, KTN, Nation Media Group and YouTube on claims that he was defamed on a show aired on 17th March 2015 linking him to the anglo-leasing scandal.

The matter will be in court on the 27th of this month.

And Kenyans have reacted to the news that he's also suing YouTube.
