Kenyans were over the weekend treated to a fun-filled performance by Jamaican artistes Christopher Martin, D Major and Future Fambo.

The artiste who is best known for songs such as 'Weekend Love, 'Cheaters Prayer' among others was performing at the Big Deal Concert, Ngong racecourse.

Among other artistes who performed were Elani, Masauti, D Major, Krg Don among others.

The hour of reckoning came about at around 2 am when Chris Martin stepped on stage. The 'Weekend Love' hitmaker kept Kenyan on their toes for almost three hours.

Fans sang along to every one of his songs,to say the star was trilled by the love would be an understatement.

The rains did nothing to dampen the mood of Kenyan party goers. Chris Martin who is also a Manchester United fan was in a good mood after his team won.

'I am a Manchester United fan and I am so happy because they won, so this night can only get better for me and for you guys.' said Chris.

True to his word he brought Nairobi to a standstill.

Like every other event, there were a few challenges with a few of them being rough security personnel.

They looked like they had just been picked up from a ditch and dressed up in suits, woe unto those who tried to break the law.

All in all Chris Martin came, saw and conquered because 'Nobody Can Stop Reggae.'
