Cashy has said she has moved on from Khaligraph Jones. She spoke to Willis Raburu on his show 10 over 10.
When Raburu sked about her past relationship with Khaligraph, Cashy said:
Mi ndiyo O.G hapa leo. The past is in the past. I went through a difficult time now but i am over that now. Kwanza it is international women’s day. Power to us women. Tutasimama no matter what happens behind the scenes.
Remember that Khaligraph also goes by the monkier the real “O.G”.
She explained that most women did not have places to tell their stories and when they got such platforms, they are scared of what people might say.
She also revealed that she had started an initiative called “Naitwa” that encourages people to speak about the difficult things they might have gone through.
The rapper also encouraged women who were struggling and told them that they can get over their problems with support from other people who have gone through the same issues.
She also told Willis that people should expect more “fire” music and collaborations from her.
Cashy had disappeared from the limelight for a few years, that is until she made a publicity tour earlier this year.
When she did return, she spoke of her famous ex, Khaligraph Jones in less than complimentary terms.
