Irene Omondi, the sister of comedian Eric Omondi has not yet come to terms with the loss of her elder sibling Joseph.

The late Joseph Omondi, who was battling drug addiction and was in and out of rehab, passed away on 19th last month. Eric Omondi with the help of his longtime friend, newly appointed NACADA board member Chipukeezy had rescued Joseph from a dingy place in River Road and were ready to help him.

BECAUSE OF HIS ADDICTION, HE HAS A TENDENCY TO RUN AWAY FROM US TO AVOID REHABILITATION. I TRACKED HIM YESTERDAY THROUGH A TAXI GUY WHO SPOTTED HIM IN NAIROBI DOWNTOWN ALONG NYANDARUA ROAD. @CHIPUKEEZY AND NACADA HAVE PROMISED TO HELP HIM," ERIC WROTE IN PART.

Adding:

Irene, who resides in Germany has for the first time spoken up about her deceased father and in an emotional message she wrote:

"Joseph Onyango Omondi Nyathiwa the Gap you've Left us with cannot be described. I woke up this morning and the Reality about your Death Checked Inn like fire.
