Top Kenyan Record Producer Splashes Money On A Brand New Jet

After closing down his music and film production house, Candy n Candy, the founder and CEO Joe Kariuki is now venturing into aviation and mining businesses.

According to Word is, Joe has acquired a light aircraft and opened an operations office at Wilson Airport in Nairobi where he will now run Candy Air. 

The aircraft which has already started operating offers chartered flights and cargo services around Africa.

He has also invested in a multimillion mining venture in Taita Taveta and soon he'll be unveiling TwinTalk; a "Facebook-like" social media platform.

Joe Kariuki decided to venture into other sectors after the record label did not go according to his expectations .
