Losing weight and achieving that hour-glass figure is not easy. Some use the long way to work out for years in the gym while others take a shortcut to acquiring that desired figure.

After Lynda Nyamgweso shared her photos in a swimsuit on holiday with her hubby, trolls reshared the photo making mean comments about her body.

Well, there are many out there struggling with weight loss and in this week's Mpasho's session with fans, many women opened up about their struggle to shed off weight.

We reached out to them and asked:

'Are you struggling with weight loss? Ever been body shamed? Your worst troll...'

Several women responded to our question, with some even confessing that they have low self-esteem because of their weight.
