Naiboi has given us a huge hit, 2in1 that is on everyone's mouth and social media pages.

In an interview with Mpasho, Naiboi opened up saying that the video's sucess is a great deal to him and that the making of the video was inspired by RedOne's, 'Don't You Need Somebody'.

He confesses he did not expect the song would be such a sensational hit as it has thus far. From the success of this song, there are a few things Kenyan artistes should learn from a simple creative successful video.

  1. Budget

Naiboi admits that creating a budget for a video shoot is important and he respects those that go a long way to shoot a video worth millions. He does the same too but for 2in1, he did it solely on no budget just a few expenses here and there.

Well, si ati bahati ya mtu itakuwa yako, but it is possible to push a career under no budget.

2. Fan Love

If there is one thing Naiboi has made obvious is that loving and showing your fans love is important. If you follow him on social media, you will see him post anyone who has been jamming to his songs. I mean even I as a fan will feel the love and so I will always support him. He has even created a challenge to further promo the new song, 2in1

3. Rapport with artistes

For his video to be one huge success, he had a plan. Naiboi's plan was to bring Kenyan's together, He wanted to create a song that will not only have his face on trending but almost all Kenyan creatives.

So it is clear that creating a good rapport with your colleagues is important, they will help you create an amazing jam.

4. Social media push

Just like I said, Naiboi has been pushing his music on social media by using his fans and fellow artiste. Any time someone posts anything to do with his song, he will repost it.

5. Creativity

Well, at the end of the day, it was all based on creativity. Even if he invested on a video or did not use his fans, if there was no creativity no song.
