At 16 years, I remember some of us had not even set out our goals in life. We were dreaming of becoming pilots and doctors without even knowing where our strength falls. Well, a 16-year-old girl, Michelle Kariuki, is about to launch the first ever East Africa Community Expo with more than 5000 confirmed participants.

Candy n Candy Group has fully sponsored the community Expo which will be a free event to the participants. According to Michelle, the primary aim of the expo is to empower women economically all over East Africa, a move that has been welcomed by many within the region.

Michelle Kariuki believes that poverty is indiscriminate, which is why provides anyone whose life is blighted by poverty, with the opportunity to earn a legitimate income through the first ever East African Community Expo to be held on the 24th of October 2015 at KICC. Isn't this awesome coming from a 16-year-old?
