Last year, businessman sensationally accused gospel singer Bahati of attempting to defraud him of several millions.

Benson Thuranira claims that everything went sideways when he was set to invest in a business proposal that Bahati had presented him and when he found out that things weren't as they seemed he cut his losses and ran.

Bahati on his part says that Benson Thuranira is just a fan who has taken his admiration of him to an entirely new Stan level. And I think that really peeved ruracio.

Well, inspite of all the drama and progress in the case, it would seem Benson Thuranira is unhappy about the progress of his case against Bahati whom he also alleged is in bed with alot of the top brass of the police force thus frustrating his attempts to seek legal redress and justice.

The first letter Benson's lawyer wrote to the DPP was on the 13 of December regarding the case they reported to and recorded in the Karuri police station occurrence book on the 28th of October 2017 and a second letter was written on the 5th of February 2018.

The letter also highlighted the fact that he Benson felt he needed protection from the OCS of Karuri Police Station. Bwana Thuranira had gone to court and sought protection from arrest back in December 6th out of fear that he had stated he feared he would be arrested thus infringing on his mobility and freedom.
