Former NTV presenter Faith Muturi is enjoying motherhood. The media personality, who delivered her second child last month, has penned a letter to her one-month-old daughter, saying she's the most precious gift in her life.

She wrote;

This beauty is already one month!!🤗 Hallelujah!!🙌🏽🙏🏽❤

She has brought so so much joy into our lives. It's also been a re-learning experience. What worked for Lem at times doesn't work for her, so I'm learning.💝

She's definitely more sensitive, so I have to be keener. She also enjoys cuddles and when feeding, it's really a bonding experience. She has such a gentle touch and precious gaze.

😍

Heh! Then I am seeing a new side of King George. Wah! This is his princess for sure. Wololoo!! Kweli Dad's and their daughters bond on another level🥰.

In another post, Faith Muturi shared her breastfeeding experience with her fellow women and below are her pointers.

It's been an amazing season being a mother to Zoe & Lem. Here are a few lessons and pointers from my breastfeeding experience this time round. I'm not a doc, so take it as just that- my experience. There's a tip for guys too, so read on!'

1. Breastfeeding is so much easier this time round! A huge relief that latching isn't a struggle. For some Mums, the second time is also tricky but once latching is done right, even with the first baby, it shouldn't be painful.

2. Breastfeeding position plays a major role where gas is concerned. Having the baby's head raised higher than the rest of the body helps.

undigested milk mixes with new milk, making the baby uncomfortable. Training infants to feed strictly after 2-3hrs helps reduce gas or prevent/ reduce colic. This fact I learnt from a Doctor and have read about it as well.

3. A major reason for gas issues is when undigested milk mixes with new milk, making the baby uncomfortable. Training infants to feed strictly after 2-3hrs helps reduce gas or prevent/ reduce colic. This fact I learnt from a Doctor and have read about it as well.

5. Enjoy enjoy enjoy!! Be present as much as possible. It's extremely fulfilling to experience the power of bonding through breastfeeding. It's such a heavenly gift! 😍💞

At night though, lots of eye contact can distract or excite baby, so night feed is an excellent time to pray over your baby, family and over yourself. Daytime, look into your baby's eyes and just get soaked in the love!💘

6. Dads can play a huge role by ensuring mummy stays hydrated.😍 It really is super important and it's easy for us to forget. Also, daddy bottle feeding or offering to burp the baby after a feed is very thoughtful. When she gets overwhelmed, please reassure her that she's doing a great job. That will refuel her to keep going.💪 I have experie3. A major reason for gas issues is whence it- trust me it works! Yes, for women, it's the little things that count.😍
