'I thought I was barren,' Bridget Achieng talks on trouble conceiving

Socialite and businesswoman Bridget Achieng revealed to Mpasho that at some point she thought she was barren.

The Nairobi D actress had tried looking to conceive a baby for five years.

Speaking during an interview with , Bridget said an ex of hers actually dumped her because she couldn't give him a child.

'I thought I was a barren. I learnt I was pregnant with baby Sekani at two weeks, before then I had never thought of going to seek medical help.

 I wanted a baby before i turned 30.'

Bridget added that Sekani's paternal relatives are loving towards him.

'His grand parents, uncles and relatives from my baby daddy's side love him and at some point I had thought of relocating to Nigeria but am better of in our country.

My siblings and I are now orphans and I can't leave them.

I still have a phobia. if he left me when pregnant what if I go to Nigeria and he decides to strangle me and remain with my boy?.

Bridget has organized Nai Fest whose main guest in Joe Boy.

The event which will be held at Ngong Race Course Water Front will start from 12 noon to 6 am on Saturday, 30th November.

Other local artistes lined up for the Nai Fest include rapper Fena Gitu, Ochungulo Family, Ethic, Boondocks and Sailors.
