Bridget Achieng has a new job now.
She has become the brand ambassador against prostitution. Bridget has been vocal about the fact that she has sold her body for money and her new mantra is, ‘nothing comes from nothing’.
Basically for her to get all those millions, she had to put up with a lot.
She opened up first on a BBC documentary which went viral and she got a lot of hate and love especially because she came out to say that having a life like hers is not easy.
The things she has done to get the monies and all Gucci and other designer clothes shoes and bags she has is not easy.
In a recent interview with Victoria Rubadiri, Bridget and Glam Pam both from Nairobi Diaries came out to speak about being sponsored.
The harsh reality is that a lot of girls see their lives and they want it. This came right after Sharon Otieno’s death hit the headlines.
Bridget has faced rejection all her life she even confesses how she was rejected by the mother of a boyfriend who wanted to marry her all because she was from a poor family.
Such experiences are what made her rise up and purpose to make it and she found herself seeking for sponsors.
she was like you’re a daughter of a tailor? you don’t fit her, my son is a prince so if you need to fit in you need to be of the same class. you can’t marry my son you need to be someone you have all the qualities but we need more. we don’t know how to bring you back to the country and say you’re a daughter of a tailor?
One thing Bridget emphasized is that it has not been easy at all. Now all she wants is to help the young girls live a good life without passing through the life she has been through.
‘He is indeed merciful’ Bridget Achieng’s latest post could just be her joining Amani and Size 8 in salvation
As she was talking about that, she shed tears just at the thought of having another girl go through what she has gone through.
