Brenda Wairumu is one attractive woman. Juliani was lucky to get her when she was at her peak beauty. Ebru Tv too were able to get the pretty woman but sadly for them, they could n’t hold on to her.
Kenyan actress and TV host Brenda Wairimu recently revealed why she had to call it quits at Ebru TV after years of entertaining thousands of her fans. As reported by Mpasho.co.ke earlier, Wairimu left her job at the Turkish owned media house in an unexpected move that left throngs of her fans at crossroads.
Speaking about her decision to quit during an interview on K24, the damsel said she had to leave because the job was overwhelming. She said:
“It was overwhelming for me because of just trying to find that balance. I could be on an acting set and I’m getting late for work, that eats into my character and I end up doing a terrible job there. I end up getting there, being flashed and not ready. I have always wanted to be an actor so hosting kind of comes after.”
This is not the first time that Ebru TV is losing one of it’s female staff. In fact, they have lost a plethora of female talent the last few months.
It started with Doreen Gatwiri who quit in October after claiming that the station was not serious, even failing to provide make-up for the presenters.
Then came the departure of Kamene Goro who left the station seeking greener pastures in November.
DJ Pierra Makena also abandoned the station last month, saying that she wanted to focus on personal issues.
Makena’s exit came just days after comedian Dr Ofweneke and Dj Creme De La Creme ditched the station for KTN.
So what might be the problem? I have my guess. A simple one. Very simple.
