Celebrated Kalenjin secular artist Diana Chelele has been found dead inside her house in Kapwen, Bomet County.

Her body was discovered by a family member, and it had deep stab wounds in the abdominal area.

Police boss Abel Sande confirmed the incident saying that the cause of death is murder.

In October last year, the singer was admitted in hospital after she allegedly attempted to commit suicide according to Kalenjin radio station Chamgei FM. (Read the story below)
