Electronic and household goods have been stolen from Pastor James Ng'ang'a's Karen house after a raid. Police report that a gang of four jumped over the perimeter wall, cut the window grills, got into the house and made away with the loot.
The thieves also made away with approximately 500,000 Kenya shillings in cash. No arrests have been made so far. Pastor James Ng'anga is currently in police custody while he awaits his bail plea to be determined.
The embattled Pastor faces four charges relating to the fatal accident that led to the death of a woman a few weeks ago. The raid has sparked some rumours that it might have been staged. For what purpose remains uncertain.
