Now, before my uncle calls me out for promoting obesity, I want to say that I see nothing wrong in big girls appreciating their bodies.
Not everyone can be slim and lithe: we are a rainbow of shapes and sizes and each of us is wonderfully and fearfully made. And no one embodies this truth quite like Sheila Mwanyigah.
Aye, I know in the past I have given her stick over adding weight almost overnight but I have seen her hit the gym and I must appreciate her hard work.
You see, there is a difference between being big and healthy and being obese. She has been hard at work at the gym and she deserves to celebrate the fruits of her labour -preferably by some beach somewhere.
