D espite being restrained and told to back off by the family, the 22-year-old Gordon Brown is still deeply in love with is unconscious girlfriend Bobbi Kristina. His lawyer Randall Kessler told PEOPLE that indeed he got inked on his forearm.

The two are cousins but still dated for a brief time. Gordon was the one who found her unresponsive in a bathtub on January , just like her mum was at the time of her death. However, he won't be taking legal steps to fight against the restraining order imposed on him by Bobbi's family.

"[Gordon] would like it to be clear, he is not [taking legal steps]," his lawyer told the press last Friday. "Mr. Gordon's only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina."
