According to Daily Mail, Chyna – whose real name is Angela White – reportedly left the rental property in Studio City, California, with five months to go on the lease and didn’t pay the remainder of her contract.

However, she reportedly moved out in November 2018 and stopped paying rent.

According to the lawsuit, Chyna owes $55,546 for the 5 months of unpaid rent.

The landlord – who is Michael Kremerman subtracted her $25k deposit but is claiming $18k in damages because she removed ‘fixtures and equipment’ from the home.

The total claim is for $48,546, according to the documents obtained plus interest and attorney’s fees.

Chyna reportedly bought a six-bedroom, 6.5 bathroom dream pad in Woodland Hills, California in October last year, at the time.
