Kenya is a nice country with great people. We have so many celebrities who have made us proud and we are happy to have them.
Apart from media personalities, sportsmen and actors who shine in their different fields, we also have musicians who are trying really hard to put our country on the world map.
Traditionally, music is perceived as one of the worst paying careers.
Music is considered to be a career for the not so bright minds by society but we have a crop of artistes who have disapproved this notion. They are graduates with degrees, masters and even PhDs from various fields and we really appreciate them.
Well, despite most of our celebrities having gone to school graduated and now working in various fields such as in the radio and music industries, they have gone an extra mile to venture into business (side hustles).
This has enabled many to earn an extra coin and save for the future and has also changed their lives drastically. They are living like queens and kings.
Like for artistes, they no longer rely on Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) to pay them peanuts at the end of the month.
