Kenyans are still trying to grapple the cabinet changes that President Uhuru Kenyatta made today during his  national address.

Among the changes was the sacking of Agriculture CS Mwangi Kiunjuri,others have been moved to different dockets.

CS Raychelle Omamo: Foreign Affairs,

Sicily Kariuki: Water and Sanitation.

Ukur Yatani CS: Treasury.

Betty Maina: CS Trade

Monica Juma: Defence.

CS Agriculture: Peter Munya

CS Labour: Simon Chelugui

CS for Sports : Joe Okudo

Betty Maina is among the only new woman who has been chosen to the cabinet,the others were already in the cabinet.

Ms. Maina has worked with Kenya Association of Manufacturers, one of the country’s leading business associations with some 700 members.

She was previously at the Institute of Economic Affairs, the Center for International Private Enterprise, and the Kenya Leadership Institute.

Among others. Ms. Maina has also served on Denmark’s Africa Commission and currently sits on various boards in the public sector.

Having had experience in economics we hope she will do a good job for Kenyans,tumechoka na non-achievers left right and centre.
