Famed sultry singer and Africa MAMA nominated artiste Nadia Mukami divulged the biggest fear she bears.

Taking to her Instagram stories, the crooner imparted that unlike other artists who are concerned with their position on the music pecking chain, she is petrified of being broke whilst famous.

Her fear is presumably owed to the fact of preconceived expectations and regard the masses hold famous people to.

Many a time we’ve heard tales of former famous musicians who went bankrupt after falling off the wagon, with people rebuking them for not making the most out of their fame.

Nadia ascribed her relentlessness in seeking more to her intent to attain financial independence.

The singer pointed out to split sheets, content ownership, record label contract et al. as consequential areas in regard to an artist’s financial success.

She also threw subtle jibes at corporate managers for undermining artists who pursue better deals for themselves.
