Most mere mortals have never been inside the house on the hill. Two photographers have given us a rare look into the big house. Yaani, State House.
“We are inside Statehouse right now about to take photos of the president and his deputy. They are the hardest people to get to so we had to make sure that everything was working perfectly before they arrived,” Mwangi ‘Mwarv’ Kirubi said.
Ruto showed up first for the photos shoot and then followed by the president they then had a short banter where they were shot together.
Even The Rich Cry! See What Is Happening At President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Posh Palace (PHOTO OF THE DAY)
Even as they set up for the photo session one cannot help but see the portraits in the room and the plush red carpet.
The photos session was also organised by award winning photographer Allan Gichingi who won the Sony World Photography Awards.
“I am intrigued by interacting with everyday-people; seeing the world, even in part, as they see it, sharing in ordinary moments that define their journey in life. My art tells their story from the lens of a camera. I’m able to highlight the beauty of everyday living. I am grateful to have been part of this prestigious competition. I am truly honored to have made it this far and to everyone who participated, let’s keep raising the bar,” Alla said after winning the award.

“The good book tells me that my gift will take me before kings, and i say AMEN.” Mwarv said
