We have amazing bodies and we are inherently champions. Our bodies carry us around ...basically they do everything for us. Part of our amazing bodies is our brain.

It is the brain that makes us think, reason, argue. Yaani everything about being human is a function of the brain. But did you know that the brain also needs food to keep it working?
