Barely 2 Months After His Appointment, Jaguar Threatens To Quit Government Job

Barely 2 months after he was appointed as a board member for NACADA by President Uhuru Kenyatta, musician Jaguar has threatened to resign from the post. Jaguar addressed a media briefing on Monday where he said there was rampant corruption within The National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA). He has given the CID, EACC and interior CS two weeks to stop further loss of funds from the agency failure to which he will resign.

NACADA is mandated with educating the public on drug abuse, providing psychosocial support to communities all over the country and equipping youth with life skills. Jaguar is a board member at the organization.
