A Kenyan woman has received a lot of praise from social media users for her act of kindness towards a boy who was nose bleeding along Nairobi streets.

The lady who has now been identified as Sharleen Wambui was reportedly heading to town in the company of her friends when she saw the helpless boy on the roadside.

Unlike many Kenyans who would just walk past such people, Wambui decided to stop and help the young man.

Her first aid skills came in handy as she asked for water from nearby security guards and cleaned the boy's nose before wiping him with a towel.

But that's not all. Wambui also paid for his bus fare before she went on her way.
