Popular coast-based singer Nyota Ndogo is scheduled to tie the knot with her Danish boyfriend Hening Neilsen at the Rosewood Hotel in Voi tomorrow. The invite-only ceremony has seen just a few select people invited.

Nyota Ndogo says she's been waiting her wedding day for years and thanks God for giving her a caring "husband". She adds that Sunday will be a happy day in her life and she hopes everyone is happy for her.

But it seems this is not the case and even worse, that it's someone who shares her bloodline. Her blood brother and popular Swahili jazz musician Juma Tutu ain't pleased with his sister. Especially for marrying a "sponsor". He even goes ahead to call her a prostitute.

This is what he posted on Facebook:

"Love you Mama so much. Nafurahi ya kwamba uko upande wangu. Harusi ya Mapoko hatuendi. Vascodagama kibabu Nyota ungemuachia mama. Msichana Super star kama wewe waenda olewa ni kibabu. Kizee kwa sababu ati ni Mlami? Kisha wamtoa Tatu kwangu job wamwambia wamtaftia mzungu Mzee!!! Shenzy hii. Mother pia ati hapati mahari? Upuuzi mtupu (sic)."

Loosely translates to: I love you so much mum. I am happy that you are on my side. We are not attending a prostitute's wedding. An old man like Vasco da Gama you could have left him for mum. A superstar like you getting married to a grandfather just because he is a white man. Then you made Tatu (his sister) leave her job in my band telling her that you will find for her an old white man. You are an idiot. You even said that mum will not get the dowry. A lot of stupidness."
