Bahati’s baby mama revealed that her biggest secret has been intermittent fasting and waist training [wearing a corset for longer hours].

Yvette explained,

Middle picture is me late last year and the two side pictures are me now. I’ve worked hard I’ve sacrificed to get to where I am now,(still working on my midsection)

Despite falling off in the month of May I’m hoping to pick it up from where I left off, Five Months Now I celebrate 19kgs down hoping to lose at least 5 more in June.

I’ve been on intermittent Fasting and waist training.

Intermittent fasting is a method of dieting that restricts the amount of time you are allowed to eat.

She went ahead to advise those struggling with weight loss to be disciplined and they will achieve their goals.

to the people asking how I loose weight and I tell you about Intermittent Fasting and you say *mimi siwezi vumilia njaa* I don’t know how else I can be of help 😂😂.
Anyway I loved me before but I find my after, way  better😊.

Yvette bought her corset from Nzula Makosi, who has been doing this business for the longest time and a piece goes for between SH15,000 – Sh 19,000.

If corsets are not your thing, you can go the long route to losing weight. You would enrol in a gym and spend Sh15,000 for three months if the charges are Sh5,000 per month. If you get a cheaper gym that charges Sh2,500 per month, then you will pay Sh15,000 for six months.

How did Yvette gain weight?

In the past, the mother of one revealed that she had used birth control pills which resulted in her gaining weight.

She advised women to consult professionals before trying out anything.

LADIES BEFORE YOU GET YOUR FAMILY PLANNING DONE SEEK DOCTOR’S ADVICE FIRST. AS IN YOUR HORMONES WILL ALWAYS DETERMINE WHAT METHOD SUITS YOU. I HATE HOW PEOPLE SEE ME NOWADAYS AND TELL ME ‘PESA NI MZURI UNAKULA NINI SKUIZI?’ NO BOO! I USED A WRONG METHOD OF FAMILY PLANNING. YOUNG AND NAIVE I WAS JUST TRYING TO BE CAUTIOUS AND I ADDED up with 15 KGS IN SIX MONTHS, SO LADIES DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. SLOWLY WORKING OUT.
