Mtoto wa mama has disappointed a fan badly in a live interview on Facebook.

There was a time, a while back, when Bahati boasted about being a great dad and "mum" to his "adopted" kids who stay in the ABC Children's home in Mathare. Chics flocked to that post to ask him if they can come over for lunch while others hinted at marriage with the singer.

Last night, during a Facebook Live interview after his performance on Coke Studio Africa, Bahati was invited on the comments section by a female fan for lunch as the live interview was ongoing.

Anyiko Awoko who was moderating the interview read out the invite to Bahati. The Maria Singer did not even try to side step the fan's invite in a tactful manner.

He said, "Atanipata hapa mbona hanioni?"

The marriage question also came up. A fan asked, "Ni naskia ulioa"

He replied,

"Aliskia Tuu. Unajua watu wengi wameskia. Kuskia sio ukweli. But soon. Some day. Pray for me."

Bahati also revealed that Kenyan chics based in United Arab Emirates always slide into his DM. But all he does is try to respond to all of them and "pray with them. I respect them sana. I have been offline but soon I will be back."

It is not clear if Bahati was overwhelmed by the DM's that he opted to delete all his Instagram photos.

This is not the first time he has committed social media suicide. He deleted all his social media accounts claiming that some members of the gospel fraternity "wanted to kill" him.
