Babu Owino served his time as the Student chairman of Nairobi University and left to grab a political seat as the Embakasi East MP.

Drama always brewed in school especially university wars and whenever he was arrested for hate speech or even incitement, his followers from UoN went up in arms to the streets to defend him.

After bagging the parliamentary seat, he definitely needed a replacement.

Jamal Birkan has stepped into the shoes of former SONU chairman Babu Owino and weirdly enough he sort of has a similar resemblance to former chairman Babu Owino.

He has brewed conversations among most of the Nairobi slay queens association. We must agree he is quite something and would make you turn your head twice na kuvuja shingo!

Hoping he is a single man, ladies, get ready and approach with no caution at all. When one bags that position, their future is always very bright and that's what the boy child is all about this 2018.

Other than that, we have already seen him in his line on duty as he recently led students from UoN in protest over Babu Owino's arrest.
