Embakasi East Member of Parliament Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino has taken to social media to flaunt his two degrees certificates with his fans.

Owino who in 2012 studied for a degree in Actuarial Science, passed with first class honours.

In 2020, he graduated with a degree in law, unlike his previous performance where he got a second class honour upper division.

Babu now says people should elect leaders like him who have been to class rather that leaders who are 'illiterate'.

Oewino has been trying to redeem himself after he was involved in a shooting in B Club, that left DJ Evolve paralyzed.

The manner in which he was shot and how he was treated afterwards made Owino face a lot of hate and he is yet to recover.

Owning two degrees does not make one a good leader. There are people with no papers who have done alot for their voters.

And there are also leaders like him (Owino) with papers, but face scandals. In a country where certificates are bought and people are paid to do exams for you, he shouldn't brag.
