Knowing your status is good. Whether positive or negative, its healthy for one's life. HIV /AIDs is among the top killer diseases in the world with third world countries leading with the number of deaths. To curb this killer disease, WHO have set up VCT centres where partners can freely walk in and get tested and also organize counselling programmes which aim at creating HIV/AIDs awareness to the public, and most importantly how to use protection while having sex with one who isn't your partner.

Of late, we have seen various celebrities lead by example. They take time off and visit VCT centres to get tested. One of whom is sexy songstress Judith Nyambura aka Avril. She is the latest to carry out a HIV test publicly. It's not clear whether Avril has been appointed the Gjue/Gjipange HIV/AIDs campaign that has been there for quite a while to educate the youth on the dangers of the disease, the Nikimuona hit singer alongside her two friends took the test. The brave singer then posted the results on social media.
