Avril is one of the hottest acts in Kenya so when a Tanzanian artist attacked her for being a talentless hack, I wondered whether it sat well with her legions of Kenyan fans.

Let me first tell the story from what Tanzania's AT had to say.

During an interview with Clouds FM, At said he had been trying; ever so excitedly at that, to work with Avril. And after he pushed and finally landed his much sought after collabo with her, he got into studio with her only to realize:

"...she was just a basic singer with no talent."

Harsh!

When word finally got to Avril, she decided to respond by consigning him to the nothingness of his existence in her world. For those of you not too familiar with the English dialect, what I have said simply means that she chose to remind him that she doesn't know who the hell he is supposed to be:

“It doesn’t make sense to follow up on somebody who is a nobody,”
