Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru has dropped a lawsuit against King Kaka after he released a song dubbed 'Wajinga Nyinyi' almost a week ago.

According to Waiguru, King Kaka is an "attention seeker". Taking to her social media Waiguru wrote,

'Having watched the antics of king kaka in the last couple of days with reports of fake assassination attempts and DCI summons.

I recognize that he’s a confused attention seeking young man.

Adding,

I have therefore made the decision not to proceed with the King kaka suit.

It is unfortunate when talented youth are taken advantage of by some politicians and used to settle political scores.

As I have chosen in previous occasions of this nature, I will contend with their masters.'

Her comments come after the DCI offices denied having summoned King Kaka to their offices on Kiambu road.

‘WE WISH TO CONDEMN STRONGLY FALSE INFORMATION BEING PEDDLED THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA TO THE EFFECT THAT ONE KENNEDY OMBIMA @RABBITTHEKING HAS BEEN SUMMONED.

NOBODY FROM @DCI_KENYAHAS SUMMONED HIM|@BONIFACEMWANGI @CITIZENTVKENYA’

Below are reactions from Kenyans...

Joel Mugambi Mutuma: Hehehe next time don't bring out the jet fighter before the bows and arrows.

Ann Favour Wambui: It's sad if you believe the youth can only be used. To you, the youth can't have an independent mind. Very sad.

Felix Otieno Oketch: Lakini alikudanganyia aki...I know uko na roho poa..huwezi nunua pen at 8k...Hiyo ilikuwa rent yangu ya four months Kahawa Wendani back in 2008. Huwezi fanya tendo Kama hilo. Wewe ni msafi kama pamba.

Dickii Muchiri: Mrs next time don't jump before the drum when invited in Akorino church🤔.
